	The body of our product is  made of stainless steel. The top and lateral covers are made of plastic (ABS), chromium plating or with gold covering. Currently both the Stainless Steel and the 2-Tones Version are available on a limited basis. The 2-Tones is the "original" from Argentina and comes in a wooden box. The Stainless Steel is the one that William Sonoma sold  (as shown here on the left)

When taking the wire off the bottle you can place the Champagne Opener just above the cork with one hand.  Use the other hand to undo the wire.  If the cork comes out because of excess pressure it will go into the Champagne Opener.
